Summer is coming normally we go to the beach and enjoy the summer,Hiking and barbecue  at the back patio is nice :)and  Kids loves to having  fun and enjoy the weather:) HOT :)

Swimming is the best part of summer and exploring:)

Here is the yummy recipe  as a part of  the summer 

Barbecue Recipe

Pork butt
1 whole head fresh garlic
ketchup
brown sugar
Garlic powder
black pepper
Worcestershire  sauce
lemon juice
soy sauce
tomato sauce
bbq skewer/ soak

procedure

1cut   the pork  and sliced pork across the grain 
2:chopped  the garlic
3 : combine all the ingredients
4 ;marinate overnight  or 6 hrs  is better that way
5 :screwed  the meat
6 : set  bbq grill
: Sauce :cooked on the stove

 brush on the bbq while you cooking ::) Enjoy
