Beef with oyster sauce


Ingredients
 Step one
1.) 1 pound beef  top sirloin
2 cloves garlic  smash or minced
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp sugar

Step Two
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup oyster sauce
1 TSP cornstarch
2 tablespoon  oil adjust if you need  more
 bunch   of green onion cut diagonally  into  inch

 4 serving

1. Combine  soy sauce.cornstarch sugar in a bowl . Cut beef lengthwise in half then crosswise into i/4 inches slice.Toss all the marinate sauce  Step one .Cover,  marinate in refrigerator   20 minutes .

2. Blend chicken   broth  and oyster sauce into  cornstarch in a cup until smooth.

3. Heat  Wok  over medium high heat .Add oil heat  until hot . drop the garlic  and cook till little brown .Add   the beef  mixture, stir fry until beef is barely pink  in the center. Remove  to a bowl  and set a side .

4.Stir broth mixture and add to wok along with the onion.stir fry 1 minute or until boils and thickens.

5.Return beef along  with any accumulated juices  to wok  heat through.

       enjoy  and eat with rice. My kids  loves it  :)
