Cassava Cake

1:)1kg Grated Cassava
    1 1/4 cup or 200g Sugar
     1/4 tsp Salt
    1 can or 400ml Coconut Milk
      1/2 cup or 100ml Evaporated Milk
      2 tsp Vanilla Extract
     4 Eggs

2:)1 can or 397g/305ml Sweetened Condensed Milk
3) combine 1 and two mixed well 

   Toppings  100g - 200g Cheese Mozzarella or any cheeses what you have in your pantry

    Baking Temperature: Pre-Heated Oven 350 degree
     Baking Time: 50mins - 1Hour
    Additional Baking time: 10mins for the Toppings


Procedure :
1,Drain the juice of the cassava before you mixed  the condensed milk
2, Get another bowl to mixed all THE INGREDIENTS as followed in Number #1mixed till floppy

3) combine all together mixed well and transfer in baking dish :)!
