Sticky rice dessert

  • 1 cup glutinous rice cook in the rice cooker :)
  • 1-2 ripe mangoes
  • 1 1/2 table spoon sugar
  •   1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 table spoon  sesame seeds 
  •  
  • To  make the sauce, warm (do not boil) the rest of the can of coconut milk over medium-low heat (5 minutes). Add . sugar, stirring to dissolve.

Incredible Strawberry Cake (low carb)

This recipe is super yummy and you cant get over for one bite.Busy life grabbed  2 pound cake already cooked at the grocery:)  .

Ingredients
1 1/2pound cake 
2 pack 85 gram strawberry jello  follow the direction to make.(2 cups warm water  stir and 2 cups cold water  mixed  together
1 tub whipped cream 
Smash the pound cake mixed the jello stir and refrigerate until  firm .toppings the whipped cream and drop some strawberry or blueberry enjoy

Fried Banana with honey

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 tbsp  butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Directions:


  1. Remove the peels from the bananas and slice into 1/2 inch thick slices.
  2. Set a nonstick skillet over medium to medium high heat and add the oil or butter, honey, cinnamon, and salt. Lay down your banana slices, and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden and caramelized. Be sure to watch the heat and turn it down if it browns too quickly. You want enough heat to caramelize and brown the slices, but don’t want them to burn.
  3. Once they’re cooked you can enjoy them as is, or layer them with marshmallow creme and peanut butter in a sandwich.

Try this delicious papaya salad
Ingredients
  • 2 to 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 to 3 Thai chili
  • 2 Tbs brown  sugar
  • 2 Tbs fish sauce
  • ½ tsp shrimp paste
  • 2 Tbs dried shrimp
  • Fresh juice from 1 juicy lime (approximately 2½ Tbs)
  • 8 to 10 oz shredded green papaya (approximately ½ of medium size green papaya)Option  you can mixed  chayote :)
  • 2 oz long beans, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 4 oz cherry tomatoes, halved or regular tomatoes cut into bite sizes
  • 2 Tbs roasted peanuts

Steps

    Run the papaya  through the grating attachment of your food processor (or you can do it on a regular cheese grater, or julienne them). Transfer to a large bowl and stir in the cilantro and chopped peanuts.

    Prepare the dressing: mince the chili and garlic, crush the papaya seed and pink peppercorn together in a mortar and pestle and stir together with the lime, vinegar and fish sauce. Add the palm sugar and heat in the microwave for about 30 second to dissolve the sugar. Use fish sauce to salt the dressing as needed. Toss dressing with papaya  and let sit for at least 15 minutes so the flavors can mesh.

 Strawberry Gelatin Dessert

Ingredients

2 (7g each) envelopes unflavored gelatin
¾ cup boiling water
2 cups cold unsweetened almond milk
1½ scoops Strawberry Shakeology

Preparation

1. Mix gelatin and water in a medium bowl until dissolved.
2. Add almond milk; mix well.
3. Place gelatin mixture and Shakeology in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
4. Pour evenly into four individual dessert cups; refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
