- 2 pounds boneless skin-on pork belly, cut in half
- 8 medium cloves garlic, smashed
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tablespoon black peppercorns
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- Kosher salt
- Canola or peanut oil, for frying
- Rice or cane vinegar, preferably spicy, for dipping
- Place pork belly, skin side down, in a large pot and add enough water to completely submerge meat. Add garlic, bay leaves, peppercorns, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then lower heat and reduce to a simmer. Cover and cook until pork skin can be pierced with a knife with no resistance, about 1 hour. Transfer pork to a wire rack set in a rimmed baking sheet and season liberally with salt all over. Refrigerate pork until skin has completely dried, 6 hours or overnight.

Remove pork from refrigerator and cut into 3/4-inch slices.

Fill a wok or Dutch oven at least 4 inches oil and heat to 375°F over high heat. Working in batches, fry pork until deeply browned and skin has bubbled and crisped, 7 to 10 minutes. Transfer pork to a paper towel-lined plate and season with salt to taste. Cut pork slices into 1/2-inch pieces. Serve immediately with vinegar for dipping.

Beef with oyster sauce
Ingredients
Step one
1.) 1 pound beef top sirloin
2 cloves garlic smash or minced
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp sugar
Step Two
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup oyster sauce
1 TSP cornstarch
2 tablespoon oil adjust if you need more
bunch of green onion cut diagonally into inch
4 serving
1. Combine soy sauce.cornstarch sugar in a bowl . Cut beef lengthwise in half then crosswise into i/4 inches slice.Toss all the marinate sauce Step one .Cover, marinate in refrigerator 20 minutes .
2. Blend chicken broth and oyster sauce into cornstarch in a cup until smooth.
3. Heat Wok over medium high heat .Add oil heat until hot . drop the garlic and cook till little brown .Add the beef mixture, stir fry until beef is barely pink in the center. Remove to a bowl and set a side .
4.Stir broth mixture and add to wok along with the onion.stir fry 1 minute or until boils and thickens.
5.Return beef along with any accumulated juices to wok heat through.
enjoy and eat with rice. My kids loves it :)

salmon chinese spinach and cauliflower
Baked Salmon with Spinach and Cauliflower- easy meal for tonight.
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooking and baking time: 10 minutes
Yields: 2 salmon (6oz)

12 oz cauliflower, white stem removed
(16 oz) frozen spinach, thawed and liquid squeezed off
4 tbsp butter
a pinch of garlic powder
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
salt and pepper
2 pcs salmon fillets, (6 oz each)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
Pre heat oven to 400 F.
Boil cauliflower for 20 minutes until soft. Strain.
Place cauliflower back to the pot, add butter, spinach, cheese and heavy cream.
Mash while cooking for 2 minutes until well combined.
Season with salt and pepper.
Meanwhile, season fish fillets with salt and pepper.
add 2 tbsp oil in a hot pan and sear salmon for 1 minute each side until brown.
Combine oyster and soy sauce in a bowl.
Brush salmon with the sauce.
Place salmon fillets in a baking pan and bake for 7 minutes.
While resting the salmon, brush salmon with more sauce.
Serve with cauliflower and spinach mixture on the side.
Enjoy.

1/2 cup glutinous rice flour
1 cup rice flour
2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
4 beaten eggs
3 tbsp melted butter
1 cup sugar
1 can coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
How to cook
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl until smooth. Pour into a pan
coated with cooking spray or melted butter. I prefer you also use banana
leaves coated with cooking spray or melted butter before you bake it.
375 degree - 25 minutes.
10 minutes into the baking, remove Galapong from the oven then scatter the chopped salted eggs. Put back the galapong back into the oven and bake for another 15 minutes.
Drizzle melted butter (3 tbsp) then add grated cheese cheddar on top.

Incredible pork Dumpling
Ingredients
100 wonton sheets
A handful spinach
Stuffing
1lb ounces of minced pork
1 small bag shrimp( minced shrimp them)
5 shiitake mushrooms, dried and soaked in water overnight (minced them)
5 tablespoons of minced cilantro
2 small carrots ( minced carrots)
4 tablespoons of minced scallions
4 tablespoons of soy sauce
4 tablespoons of cooking wine wine
A pinch of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
2 eggs
Soup
4 cups of chicken broth
A pinch of salt
A pinch of white pepper
A pinch of sugar
A dash of sesame oil
2 tablespoons of minced scallions
In a bowl, we have 8 ounces of pork. And season it with 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, 4 tablespoons of cooking wine, a pinch of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of white pepper, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1Tablespoon of cornstarch mixed with 4 tablespoons of water, and 2 eggs. Stir in a circular motion until everything is blended perfectly.(adjust your taste if you need them )
Next minced shrimp, minced shiitake mushrooms, minced cilantro, minced carrots, minced scallions and mix well.
Then we have a wonton sheet and cup of water . Brush a little water on the edges of the wrapper. Place a teaspoon of filling in the center of the wonton sheet. Fold the wrapper in half to create a rectangle. Wet the portion where the sides meet. Pinch to close and seal. You could make about 100 wontons with the filling.
Boil 4 cups of chicken broth, add the wontons and cook for about 5 minutes. Season with a pinch of salt, a pinch of white pepper, a pinch of sugar, and dash of sesame oil. (Add more or less seasoning based on your own taste.) Add in the boiling pot, take them out and place it in your serving bowls. add spring onion if you like them Enjoy

Heat a sauce pan and add oil let it hot
fried for 2 minutes
Frozen Dumpling: In a pan with a little water and let them boil until the water is gone. Don't use too much water. You basically want them thawed and not quite cooked through. Cut one open to check if you like.
Then add a bit of oil and fry until the bottom is brown and crispy.

Panda Express
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Yields: 4 servings with rice

1 medium size zucchini. washed and cut into pieces
5 pcs baby portobella mushrooms, sliced thinly
2 tbsp ginger, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 pcs (3/4 lb) boneless and skinless chicken thighs, cut into small pieces
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground pepper
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup cooking oil
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 cup water
Drizzle with sesame seed
Pre heat oil for 2 minutes until super hot.
Add chicken and cook for 4 minutes. Remove from the pan.
remove oil from the pan leaving 2 tbsp of oil.
add ginger and garlic. cook for 30 seconds.
add zucchini and mushrooms. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add chicken and cook for 2 minutes.
Slurry (combine left over cornstarch, oyster sauce, sesame oil and water in a bowl)
add slurry into the pan.
cook for a minute.
Serve with steamed rice

Cassava Cake
1 1/4 cup or 200g Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
1 can or 400ml Coconut Milk
1/2 cup or 100ml Evaporated Milk
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
4 Eggs
2:)1 can or 397g/305ml Sweetened Condensed Milk
3) combine 1 and two mixed well
Toppings 100g - 200g Cheese Mozzarella or any cheeses what you have in your pantry
Baking Temperature: Pre-Heated Oven 350 degree
Baking Time: 50mins - 1Hour
Additional Baking time: 10mins for the Toppings
Procedure :
1,Drain the juice of the cassava before you mixed the condensed milk
2, Get another bowl to mixed all THE INGREDIENTS as followed in Number #1mixed till floppy
