Galapong





GALAPONG
1/2 cup glutinous rice flour
1 cup rice flour
2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
4 beaten eggs
3 tbsp melted butter
1 cup sugar
1 can coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla extract


How to cook 
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl until smooth. Pour into a pan coated with cooking spray or melted butter. I prefer you also use banana leaves coated with cooking spray or melted butter before you bake it.
375 degree  - 25 minutes.
10 minutes into the baking, remove Galapong  from the oven then scatter the chopped salted eggs. Put back  the galapong  back into the oven and bake for another 15 minutes.
Drizzle melted butter (3 tbsp) then add grated cheese cheddar on top.
                                   Slice And enjoy
